On 1st august i was recharging my shiprocket account with rs. 200 via razorpay. My transaction i'd is c2008011246482608073742. Which i completed the transaction successfully, money had been deducted from my bank which is i bandhan bank, but on ship rocket wallet i did not received rs. 200. And i got a mail via razorpay that the transition is successful. But what i recharged again that same day with rs 200 vai billdesk that i received on ship rocket which transaction i'd is hdf4501d47e10984cb78a686bdde6b1138d. I have asked them for help. They didn't reply me, they didn't receive my calls, and also i didn't get any response by mail. They always send me ticket i'd but i didn't get any feedback or solutions.
I am attaching screen shot on bank statement & shiprocket billing. Please show that one wallet added just one amount 200 on that day.

Please help me on this one.

    On 1st august 2020 i was recharging my shiprocket account with rs 200 via razorpay. I completed the transaction successfully, money had been deducted from my bank which is bandhan bank, and aslo got a mail from razorpay for shiprocket money recharge. There also seen that recharged successfully but on ship rocket i did not received rs. 200. Then i recharged again with rs 200 via billdesk that i received on ship rocket. I have asked them for help. They didn't help out from shiprocket support, they didn't slove my problem via and also they didn't receive my calls. They send me just a ticket number but didn't help me.
    I am attaching screen shot on bank statement & shiprocket billing.

        I have opted for COD Facility from Shiprocket, where they collect COD from customers and remit to my account in 5-7 days, but I have not received any remittance since March 2020, kindly look into this.

          I ordered yardley London powder from amazon online shopping on dated[protected], Product shipped through Shiprocket (Xpressbess) courier with traking ID No.[protected] . I received text messages of arriving today on dated[protected] from shiprocket @ 10:08 am & Xpressbees @ 10:31am. But did not received the product till my official hours 4 pm. At same date[protected] @ 9:32 pm i recevied the message from shiprocket that my product is delivered, i did not received that product at night time. After 2 days i enquired through amazon customer service & they Sent me mail containing information of shiprocket delivery boy named Shivraj[protected] mobile number [protected]. My product is self delivered by shiprocket agent to himself. This is a complete fraud & scam by courier company.

            I am an eccomerce seller and ship my products via shiprocket.

            On 18th july 2020 i shipped my product via ecom express on shiprocket - with edd of 25th july with awb no - [protected]
            On 22nd july shiprocket notified that an ndr was to be created - so i did so and reattempted delivery on 23 july which wasnt done

            Firstly the reason for ndr stated was the the premises is unaccessible due to covid - 19, but since 19th july 2020- there is. No. Lockdown in aurangabad (The city of delivery).
            The building of the customer is well accessible and the customer has been receiving shipments for other companies such as bluedart.

            The reason given by ecom express is unreasonable.
            Despite having raised an ndr for delivery on 23rd july 2020 reattempt of delivery - nothing was done.
            I escalated the matter once i saw it on the tab - 24th july 2020, 25 july 2020, 26th july 2020 and 27th july 2020.

            On 24th july at 10.49 am i spoke to deepak at shiprocket who assured me that the delivery will take place by saturday.
            On 25th july at 10.33 am i spoke to rohit at shiprocket for about 13 minutes who again promised delivery over the weekend
            On 26th july 2020 13.01 pm i spoke to priyank at shiprocket for about 15 minutes who again promised delivery by monday - 28 july 2020- he said that there is no reason why delivery would not take place on monday
            The call got cut so at 13.18 on 26th july 2020- i spoke to prince who also assured delivery by monday and raised a ticket with the lops team.
            On 27th july 2020 11.20 am i spoke to aquib warsi at shiprocket for about 26 minutes who again has promised delivery by tomorrow (28th july 2020)- after seeing ms. Swati's written proof for delivery by the then edd (28th july 2020)

            But my customer hasn't received the shipment despite raising tickets -

            7. 1036658 - closed without delivery
            8. 1038638 - closed without delivery

            And complaining to people at shiprocket and also raising multiple ndr escalations.

            This is highly unacceptable. Shiprocket claims to be the mediator between the seller and the shipping company and is unable to get the shipping company to deliver one shipment.
            Shiprocket always says that a customer should call them up instead of directly calling the shipping company - but when you guys are so slow and unable to get work done - then you all should shut your business. Do not become a mediator when you guys can't contact shipping companies and ask the reason for non - delivery and why the shipping company is providing fake comments.

            On 28th july 1 am - it now falsely shows rto lock - this is highly unacceptable - isn't shiprocket supposed to communicate with the shipping company - despite ndr's and innumerable complaints no actions have been taken whatsoever

              I understand you people might be busy and shortage of staff due to lockdown but you guys lost my parcel. Don't know what to do next?=your support team is not responding properly. After waiting for 30 minutes on hold and suddenly phone gets disconnected.
              It was my fault.. I choose ship rocket for low cost but i found you guys charge less as you provide a cheap service.
              We are using amazon transport service (Ats) for our regular shipments. We send about 500-600 parcels daily, 30 days a month and they deliver it perfectly without delay.
              Ship rocket salesman calls and make face promises but one we get into trap, no one is there to hear us.
              When you don't have capability to deliver shipments, why you promise and charge us money in advance.
              Seems like a fake company with fake support system.
              Just tell me where my parcel is?, i will go and get it from anywhere.

                I purchased a bluetooth headset of swiss military from shiprocket.com the product delivered is a faulty one and the charge drains out within ten minutes. I haven’t received anybupdates regarding the refund till now.

                  One parcel from bangalore containing perishable items - vegetables and fruits has been sent to panvel maharashtra on 24th june. Its reached to bhiwandi maharashtra location on 27th june and then its still not delivered to panvel address. Its really shameful to have such ridiculous service by shiprocket & delihivery courier services who handled the consignment.

                    Sir/ ma'am,
                    We want to complaint against shiprocket from which we courier our products to customer's.in that they are showing that our company has sent false weight to the courier company, but in actual we measure each and every product and has sent the exact weight what is of the product. We even sent the proofs to shiprocket with the measuring ruler, but still they are not helping us out with this issue. The courier company is charging extra money for no reason. We have mailed our complaints to shiprocket but they are not taking any action. And we are not satisfied from them inspite of paying higher amount. Still they are asking for extra amount and not helping their customer's also. Infact they are creating more problem to the customer's, they are just getting money before hand and then they are not doing their work properly. This is a great disappointment for customer's like us to work with such a company. I want government to take quick action against shiprocket.

                      I have placed a courier on 26th june and it reached destination on 28th june and from then the courier is not delivered it's almost been 5 days and i'm calling and raising tickets continuously on shiprocket but no response is given from them

                      My courier awb no. Is[protected] and courier service is delhivery.com

                      I raised a query on delhivery.com they mailed me saying my parcel is damaged

                      But shiprocket us not even responding for anything they just simply saying escalate and daily they r telling it will be delivered but it is not

                          I ordered for the above item (Your invoice: retail 13595 dated 16 jun 2020) and delivery received today at 1520hrs. On opening the consignment i found duplicate item and cost written on the box mrp 210/- (Smart cutter). It is really wonder for me how such a reputaded company can cheat to the customer. It is cheating with the customer. We faith and regard blindely to your company. I was trying to contact delivery boy, but he vanished. I paid rs 799/- in cash to your delivery boy.

                          In view of the above you are requested to send me the orignal item for which i ordered and paid money and take back your smart cutter at the earliest please.

                            I had initiated the shipment through shiprocket. I had raised the shipment with proper weight and dimension. Post which whatever amount reflected i had paid. Later on they wrote the mail regarding discrepancies in both weight and amount without any proof. When we reverted about discrepancies they rejected the response and again send the same claim. Main question arises here how dimension of packet can be change? Now they send legal mail and calling and threatening to clear the due.

                            Really unprofessional and no policy to run the company.

                              We recharge our account with rs.1k but we do not wish to continue. So we discussed with executive, and as per her suggestion have launched complaint. But without even calling us they are marking tickets as resolved. Pls help on this,

                                  These people will definitely close all the ticket ids you create without giving out any proper resolution, they charge ruthlessly for weight discrepancy

                                  And height of stupidity they close the case without even informing or giving any resolution. The most arrogant customer response in the history of the ecommerce industry in india.

                                    I delivered a prexo soni z1 phone to my customer by a courier service at 31st jan 2020. I delivered my product at allahabad address but company delivered that product to madhya pradesh. When i enquired then company said your product wil be delivered early at right place. After two days again i called courier care again company told me your product will be reached next five to seven days. After five days i called again company then compony blamed that your product has returned to me but i didn't get any delivery still.
                                    I called them many time but company fooled to me. Than company seeked some more time but they didn't give any response.

                                        This people are fraud. Charging weight wrong and not even following and giving any solution.

                                        After two months creating issue of weight reconciliation and wrong amount charging.

                                        They messaging so much for offer and everything but importance thing they don't message. Offer message coming 3 times in one day sometimes.

                                        After delivery creating issue after two months pathetic service provided by them. And if we call them they don't have answer and solution. They people are blaming us only.
