I couriered cosmetic products via xpressbees using shiprocket app from kanpur to kanpur only and my customer received totally damaged products. I complaints on 7 oct and they raised a ticket regarding my complaint but no such action taken then after calling again they said we need to wait for pod and if receiver has written some negative comments then we will see to it. After receiving the POD (proof of delivery) there was a signature on it but after confirming with my customer she said she has not signed any document on delivery and even after asking about it to the delivery boy he said no issues we will handle it. If my customer has not signed it then how can they show some random signature on it. And till today i.e 16 oct i have called then regarding same issue again and again but no action and they just saying we don’t take liability of inner product we just take liability of outer packing. I mean have they not heard about mishandling or what?? I mean sometimes you mishandle something and outer packing will not be effected but the inner product might be damaged but they are not at all ready to listen to this. And as everyone knows how delicate the cosmetic is. I packed it so well that the customer was saying iT was in such proper packing that means they handled it very badly.

    HOW FUNNY they go with a tag line "India's #1 Shipping Solution - Reliable Service Guaranteed"

    Till date they could not resolve any of my complaint ticket no. #1391175, #1334831, #1325155, #1330843, #1330040, #1311548, #1310485, #1310403, #1310245, #1278448 and closed without resolution.
    Instead expressbees courier company had made RTO for all the consignment and also charged RTO charges,
    When asked for resolution their executive refuse to even take a complain. Good going Samit, Jyoti,
    priyanka...

    Perfect example of thriving on chinese fund and looting INDIANS.

      My account no. Associated with [protected]. I have raised several complaints on email and phone but shiprocket is not responding or refunding my wallet money as i want to close the account due to unsatisfactory service....

      My product (With awb number[protected] was picked up on 24 august 2020 and it had to be delivered on 3 september. But still it has not delivered. And everyday the date extends by itself.
      I am hell irritated by this company. Useless employees, they don't have any knowledge. They just gives a fake console that product will be delivered on the said date.
      This is not the way to do business. I call at this company everyday but no action has been taken. They don't even take an initiative to refund neither taking any serious action.

        I am a student of symbiosis institute of telecom management pune and on completion of my mba course. I had to leave the college campus instantly due to emergence of covid 19. All my luggages (4 boxes of total 47 kg) were booked via shiprocket cum delhivery courier and picked the luggages on 11th august 2020. They had lifted 4 boxes from the college authority and we are having the picture of 4 boxes lifted by the courier along with manifest and shipping label. I was informed that all the 4 boxes of (15+13+12+7) kg were transported through delhivery courier under awb no[protected]. Consignment was for transporting the goods to kolkata. Delhivery courier had intimated the status of transportation of the boxes and delhivery of kolkata was scheduled on 23rd august 2020 but the boxes were transported to kolkata on 17th august 2020 in naiti hub of delhivery courier. After that boxes were dislocated to maniktala hub and there after to tangra hub and finally reached at taratala hub and this information was percolated to us by delhivery courier. The courier day after day differed the delivery dates continously from 17 days from 23 rd august to 9th september 2020. I was informed that our consignment will make rto (Return to origin) without any intimation to us though the consignment was registered with our mobile no. Thereafter we were very worried about the missing of boxes and enquired about the consignment to our garia delhivery courier office and on getting the mobile no of mr bappa karmakar, manager of delhivery courier and requested him not to make rto and delivered the boxes to us. Ultimately on 9th of september 2020 delhivery courier delivered us the smallest box of 7 kg without the big 3 boxes of 40 kg. Goods not received by us make a loss of rs 25000 approximately. Please settle the matter judiciously so that we are compensated for the misdeeds of the courier service.

        Hi security team,

        This shipment shipper and consignee are the same person but service providers booked this shipment 4 boxes against 1 awb nos, for that reason it might have reached different different locations.

        Today we have received one box at taratala_l sc and delivered to the consignee.

        Please look into it and trace the rest boxes in our other locations.

        With reference to your query, please be informed that the courier partners always take liability for outer packaging, not for inner content.
        Hence, whenever the courier delivers the shipment please check the outer packaging. If the outer packet is damaged/tampered/torn/empty do not accept the same and if accepting, please mention the same on pod, then the only courier is liable for the claim.

        Kindly share the pictures of the outer packaging of the shipment with the label on it and coordinate with your customer is he/she has updated any negative remarks on the pod while accepting the shipment.

        Okay no issue i will complain against your company regarding missing of my 3 box out of 4 box. At present i have only 1 box of 7 kg and rest 40 kg of 3 box is missing. I will complain to consumer forum that you took order of 4 boxes and delivered only box and telling that courier is not responsible.

          The delivery orders have been placed yet even after 1 month i have not received my rto. They are saying some reasons and not sending my rto. Further even xpressbees which is partner of shiprocket, is also not responding. Please help. The address of local xpressbees logistics is fake and there is no regional delivery manager for shiprocket in the south. I think my produts have been adulterated in this month. I would like to have full refund of products, shipping charges, and rto charges

                My amount was deducted from my bank account but not received in my shiprocket wallet and then i contact shiprocket and they say they can't received that amount then i contact to payment gateway which is billdesk they say they settled the amount in the shiprocket account but shiprocket can't agree that they recieved the amount so please billdesk and shiprocket issue a refund of my amount or resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                  We are the shippers nirvapate.com
                  We have 3 orders RTO initiated without any reason. The end customers never received any call. Shiprocket didn't even inform the reason why RTO is initiated after waiting in their hub for 3 weeks. Money deducted for shippement and return. Huge loss for both shipper and customer.
                  Shiprocket never answers the call. the customer support number is just a fake number. They ask us to wait for 5 mins and the call gets disconnected in 2 mins. Fraudulent company. The mail reponse is given after 2 days with a predefined template apology. No action is taken.

                    I had ordered from herbalmaza the item ling long on 4.8.2020.
                    Today is 15th august more than 11 days item not received.
                    Shiprocket courier messaged the item will be delivered by 16th ie 14 days after ordering.
                    Herbalmaza should change the courier services.
                    Normally online ordering takes 3 to 4 days for delivery.
                    I have already purchased other items and do not require this item
                    Hence i had sent message several times to cancel the order.
                    Instruct shiprocket not to deliver this item since it is cancelled.

                      I have given a cash on delivery order in shiprocket for delivery worth rs.1800 on 31st july 2020 which was supposed to reach to the customer by 6-7 of august.
                      The delivery person didnt contacted the customer and updated the remarks as wrong address and other fake remarks
                      On complaining in the customer care i was told to wait for few days, after waiting they didnt investigated anything and marked my concern as completed

                      Now i am bearing the loss of order, goods and shipment and shiprocket is doing nothing for the same

                        I had awb number [protected].
                        I had not received rto parcel when demand for pod they send me wrong pod. I had requested shiprocket please cross check but they didn't give me any response today is more than 20 days but still not get response from shiprocket.

                          On 1st august i was recharging my shiprocket account with rs. 200 via razorpay. My transaction i'd is c2008011246482608073742. Which i completed the transaction successfully, money had been deducted from my bank which is i bandhan bank, but on ship rocket wallet i did not received rs. 200. And i got a mail via razorpay that the transition is successful.                             On 1st august i was recharging my shiprocket account with rs. 200 via razorpay. My transaction i'd is c2008011246482608073742. Which i completed the transaction successfully, money had been deducted from my bank which is i bandhan bank, but on ship rocket wallet i did not received rs. 200. And i got a mail via razorpay that the transition is successful. But what i recharged again that same day with rs 200 vai billdesk that i received on ship rocket which transaction i'd is hdf4501d47e10984cb78a686bdde6b1138d. I have asked them for help. They didn't reply me, they didn't receive my calls, and also i didn't get any response by mail. They always send me ticket i'd but i didn't get any feedback or solutions.

There also seen that recharged successfully but on ship rocket i did not received rs. 200. Then i recharged again with rs 200 via billdesk that i received on ship rocket. I have asked them for help. They didn't help out from shiprocket support, they didn't slove my problem via and also they didn't receive my calls. They send me just a ticket number but didn't help me.

                                    I ordered yardley London powder from amazon online shopping on dated[protected], Product shipped through Shiprocket (Xpressbess) courier with traking ID No.[protected] . I received text messages of arriving today on dated[protected] from shiprocket @ 10:08 am & Xpressbees @ 10:31am. But did not received the product till my official hours 4 pm. At same date[protected] @ 9:32 pm i recevied the message from shiprocket that my product is delivered, i did not received that product at night time. After 2 days i enquired through amazon customer service & they Sent me mail containing information of shiprocket delivery boy named Shivraj[protected] mobile number [protected]. My product is self delivered by shiprocket agent to himself. This is a complete fraud & scam by courier company.

                                      I am an eccomerce seller and ship my products via shiprocket.

                                      On 18th july 2020 i shipped my product via ecom express on shiprocket - with edd of 25th july with awb no - [protected]
                                      On 22nd july shiprocket notified that an ndr was to be created - so i did so and reattempted delivery on 23 july which wasnt done

                                      Firstly the reason for ndr stated was the the premises is unaccessible due to covid - 19, but since 19th july 2020- there is. No. Lockdown in aurangabad (The city of delivery).
                                      The building of the customer is well accessible and the customer has been receiving shipments for other companies such as bluedart.

                                      The reason given by ecom express is unreasonable.
                                      Despite having raised an ndr for delivery on 23rd july 2020 reattempt of delivery - nothing was done.
                                      I escalated the matter once i saw it on the tab - 24th july 2020, 25 july 2020, 26th july 2020 and 27th july 2020.

                                      On 24th july at 10.49 am i spoke to deepak at shiprocket who assured me that the delivery will take place by saturday.
                                      On 25th july at 10.33 am i spoke to rohit at shiprocket for about 13 minutes who again promised delivery over the weekend
                                      On 26th july 2020 13.01 pm i spoke to priyank at shiprocket for about 15 minutes who again promised delivery by monday - 28 july 2020- he said that there is no reason why delivery would not take place on monday
                                      The call got cut so at 13.18 on 26th july 2020- i spoke to prince who also assured delivery by monday and raised a ticket with the lops team.
                                      On 27th july 2020 11.20 am i spoke to aquib warsi at shiprocket for about 26 minutes who again has promised delivery by tomorrow (28th july 2020)- after seeing ms. Swati's written proof for delivery by the then edd (28th july 2020)

                                      But my customer hasn't received the shipment despite raising tickets -

                                      And complaining to people at shiprocket and also raising multiple ndr escalations.

                                      This is highly unacceptable. Shiprocket claims to be the mediator between the seller and the shipping company and is unable to get the shipping company to deliver one shipment.
                                      Shiprocket always says that a customer should call them up instead of directly calling the shipping company - but when you guys are so slow and unable to get work done - then you all should shut your business. Do not become a mediator when you guys can't contact shipping companies and ask the reason for non - delivery and why the shipping company is providing fake comments.

                                      On 28th july 1 am - it now falsely shows rto lock - this is highly unacceptable - isn't shiprocket supposed to communicate with the shipping company - despite ndr's and innumerable complaints no actions have been taken whatsoever
