Hi i have sent a courier on 26 aug 2019 from noida to sonepat (Haryana). But this parcel not be delivered in sonepat afterthat they have proecss for rto. Rto order compete on 11 sep 2019. Then i have checked my phone was replace and i have daily followup with shiprocket team and they told me u cant't take any action we will resolve internally but finally they refused me and said we can't help of you you can do anything. Whatever i want overall totally loss of mine money and time. Our product was not delivered and they initiated a return, when we got the return, the product worth rs 7000 was changed and replaced with a nokia phone and delivered. Please take legal action against this courier company
And initiate my refund amount.

    I have given the parcel to shiprocket 2 parcels which is not getting delivered and showing fake remarks as customer rejected
    And keeping the parcel with them for around 1 month and returning back to the seller and not giving proper response and this is for ekart only so please take this complaint seriously and give the solution as fast as possible.
    It's unfortunate they're asking aadhaar number for individual account also aren't aware if Virtual Aadhar can be used as mentioned on call by their representative Chakshu which is violation as per Aadhaar Ammendment Bill..Kindly look to same as Aadhaar can't compulsorily be asked as it's only voluntary

      Lot of commercial messages received to my mobile everyday. I m very very annoying to this. I was contacted by email lot of times to stop sending sms by everyday at shiprocket via email. They didn't response for this. Message related wallet offer like cashback and something. Please help me and save me to do this as soon as possible. Im waiting for your response. Thanks!

        I ordered a game for my ps4 from book my tech, who was delivering it through ship rocket. I got a message on my phone, that my game was delivered, whereas there was no delivery made to my address. My address is correct, phone no. Was correct. My mother was at home. I called up ship rocket and told them, i haven't received my game and the status showed delivered. All they said was we cannot help, contact the seller, whereas as delivery was made by them. I requested them to help me out and tell me where they have delivered it, if they have. They refused to help. I had paid rs 3699 for my game online.

          Sir/ ma'am,
          We want to complaint against shiprocket from which we courier our products to customer's.in that they are showing that our company has sent false weight to the courier company, but in actual we measure each and every product and has sent the exact weight what is of the product. We even sent the proofs to shiprocket with the measuring ruler, but still they are not helping us out with this issue. The courier company is charging extra money for no reason. We have mailed our complaints to shiprocket but they are not taking any action. And we are not satisfied from them inspite of paying higher amount. Still they are asking for extra amount and not helping their customer's also. Infact they are creating more problem to the customer's, they are just getting money before hand and then they are not doing their work properly. This is a great disappointment for customer's like us to work with such a company. I want government to take quick action against shiprocket.

            Their customer service is very very very worst. They have a live chat where all the representatives will be AWAY only..

            They have a support number[protected].. But it will be always in WAIT and AUTOMATICALLY cut.

            My plan has been deactivated. But even after payment done, i am rushing beyond then but there is not proper support for me till now..

            I have attached my payment screenshot.
            I have ordered for a combo of 2 mi 20 k 20000 mAh order no 12348. But I have received incorrect item. I have tried contracting the customer care for my return items but they have not replied.
            I'm not sure that they helps to customers
            They are only cheated on customers

              beware of shiprocket - they are fraud for sellers

              Shiprocket - scam it's sellers!

              I have worked as a seller on shiprocket for 1 month
              And send over 500+ shipments but as i believe their charges are 30% extra than their competitors and they take advance payment only as compare with other competitors providing postpaid account!

              I shifted to another company and was having rs 9000 in their wallet and as per their company faq's when you cancel the membership...

              On 20th may 2017 i was recharging my shiprocket account with rs. 1000. I completed the transaction successfully, money had been deducted from my bank which is icici bank, but on ship rocket i did not received rs. 1000. Then i recharged again with rs, 500 that i received on ship rocket. I have asked them for help. They said they are working on it, but its been 2 days but the money is not received. The shiprocket support team gave me a case no. On this matter - case no:00207345.
              I am attaching screen shot on bank statement & shiprocket billing.

              Please help me on this one.

              Support too slow, not right way for chat, and wait for reply for 2-3 days
              After booking and shipping it created fake weight discrepancy and auto debit its customers account and whip out whole balance and repetitively sends mails for fraud outstanding balances, we request never to fall in its trap.

              It's 100% true. I have been facing same problem
              The company is sending us fake bills for the month of May and August even though we have not availed any service of the Company fir the said period. We have reminded the Company about this a couple of times, but the Company is still sending the bills on email at [protected]@gmail.com.

              They will misplace your shipments.
              will not coordinate with the shipping company.
              will give you scripted replies.
              in case Umang / punit in selling team telling them about their commitments they made... they will also not respond.
              when you yourself try to contact shipping company they will not answer you as shiprocket is their customer an not u.
              if your item is delicate / perishable... you will definitely be at loss.
              i just loss 16000/ goods, 3000 shipping free, another 2000 in wallet as they blocked my account!! as they did not want to revert regarding missing shipment!!
              ALSO THEY DO NOT GIVE INVOICES. I just have few mails as a confirmation.
              Hi, We have opened a account with Shiprocket in Dec'2018 with email id [protected]@gmail.com. In starting, they are giving good services but after 20days when we increased our business with them, they started weight issues on every parcel. We are dealing in loafers and our product weight is not more than 1kg (with dimension and actual weight). But Shiprocket made issues on every single parcels and was said your parcels weight is 2kg some times 2.5 kg without any proof and charged us 3 times shipping cost on the parcels, As its prepaid account, they directly debited amount from our account. We explained them, no one will put 2 or 2.5kg shoes in their leg and if you have any proof please send us. They said, consumer has to provide the photos with dimensions and weight, which we have done but yet to receive any response from them. Then I spoke to my friend who recommend me to go with Shiprocket, he also said, yes they are doing fraud with the customers, lots of the customer facing this type of critical issues. We request you to please take necessary action against them. I am attaching some pictures for your reference.
              Worst service no delivery after 27 days and top of it lot of weight differences. Worst company worst customer support, no reply even after raising 12 tickets, AWB[protected] Delhivery via Shiprocket
