Order id :FF16509TE False product was delivered and there is no return policy need help to get back my money its a fake site

I ordered two cargo pants but received three old and torn shirts. This is mass level ongoing fraud done by Shiprocket.
I need complete refund.

I ordered two cargo pants but received three old and torn shirts by Shiprocket.
I need to return this but the doesn't show any mechanism for exchange or refund.
I came to know many other consumers also faced this. This is a mass level ongoing scam. The government should take strict action against them and help the customers to get back their money.

I have order the w sports bras but i recieved 1 chiep quality bra that look very vad and i want to returnt it...

My *Cureka* order *126353_STOR00429* Items included in the shipment:
*Similac Total Comfort Infant Formula Up to 24 months 350g* was to be delivered on[protected], Thursday. The delivery agent called and told that he will deliver next day but even till today I didn't receive the product, every day morning I get a message that it's out for delivery and evening I get a message that the delivery person was not able to deliver cozz i was not available. And the estimated delivery date is being pushed every day. I don't understand why this is happening, this is not the first time the order is being delivered. And the delivery agent is not contacting me or responding to my calls. The order contains baby food, it's required on urgent basis, how can it be delayed for so long even after reaching the destination.

Received a wrong item. I have ordered 2item but received only one and even of that the quality is very bad, I am trying to contact the seller but unable to contact as they are not answering and the phone is switched off from past 2 days. I want my cashback.

This is a wrong order i was got. I want change it.. And cashback of my amount.. Otherwise i will fire a complaint against you. Bad quality received please refund my money back

delivery executive ka mere pas na to koi msg aaya or na hi koi call aaya fir bhi unhone msg ke jariye bataya hai ki consignee order cancel karna chahte hai sir, sir aisi wajah se hi pahle bhi mera order return ho gaya tha.sir delivery courier wala diye gaye address par nhi pahuch pate hai or kisi dusri jagah se apni man marji kar ke chale aate hai.sir please aap in bato par jankari le kar hame bataye.

Ship rocked has delivered fake cheap saree from silk mall https://silkmall.in/, and the best part is they have not mentioned the sender details on parcel.

It seems they are helping these crimes now a days.

The delivery guy did not visit door and asked for payment via UPI and delivery to security guard.

I have received a delivery under the AWB: [protected] & order id:[protected]. The product received by delivery is a dummy product. I realised it once I opened the parcel. I tried handing it back to the delivery agent but he refused to handover the money back to me stating the order status has already been updated as delivered.

The seller is fake and no one is answering the phone on the number mentioned on the delivery label. I would request you to pay the money back and cancel the order delivered status and send it back to the seller's address.

This seems to be a part of an elaborate scam and Shiprocket seems to be a preferred partner of these sellers. I have read similar instances on a lot of forums.

I have paid cash on delivery and would like to receive a refund .Let me know a turnaround time for the resolution.

Shiprocket has a webnetwork of shopping pages n fraud parcel team who pack old clothes or cheap product, if they get order of 1200 then they pack 100 to 200 rs product or old used clothes if it's cloth order then send with partner like delivery or xpressbees by taking customer data n receive cash on delivery, on courier they never mention sendor name and RTO so once it delivered the fraud happened as their own courier service so they have no fear to send multiple fake courier n own web support so create multiple fake web pages n sell on insta, Facebook etc, when customer complaint. They say they are only courier people contact seller where there is no sellor, shiprocket himself is fraud sellir

We experienced an worst experience from arrogant staff and useless system from your organization. SRTP [protected] was supposed to deliver on 16 June 2023 but your delivery guy didn't turned up. No calls made...repeatedly try to reach your offices and customer care (surprise that phone numbers[protected] and [protected] is only for seller support!) with no use except arrogant attitude. finally visited to flip cart distribution hub today and find that my courier is returned without any reason! Looks no one is responsible and in your office no one is bothered about the sorry status and customer concern! I feel ship rocket and e-cart is meant for worst and disaster service and will never come back to you again... seller and shipper togather harassing the customer since there is no way to contact seller or shipper!! Good that we are not using your service for critical articles. I am not sure anyone will look this compliant and take action on indiscipline staff responsible.

Shipment not delivered since 16th Jun'23 was the date

My shipment is pending with Shiprocket with consignment no.[protected] and status is showing OFD Applied..they are not delivering it to my address since 16th Jun'23 was the date to deliver

LONG SLEEVE LINEN COTTON MEN SHIRT PACK OF 4 - L and delivered some different product pack of 3 shirt which is dirty, there collars is very dirty (color become yellowish )

Delivery boy misbehaved with me, I haven't received my order yet but i had made payment for my order, Delivery boy told me to pay for the order and i payed, the order status shows order delivered but i didn't recive it... Please help
