Shiprocket has a webnetwork of shopping pages n fraud parcel team who pack old clothes or cheap product, if they get order of 1200 then they pack 100 to 200 rs product or old used clothes if it's cloth order then send with partner like delivery or xpressbees by taking customer data n receive cash on delivery, on courier they never mention sendor name and RTO so once it delivered the fraud happened as their own courier service so they have no fear to send multiple fake courier n own web support so create multiple fake web pages n sell on insta, Facebook etc, when customer complaint. They say they are only courier people contact seller where there is no sellor, shiprocket himself is fraud sellir

    Dear Sir

    We experienced an worst experience from arrogant staff and useless system from your organization. SRTP [protected] was supposed to deliver on 16 June 2023 but your delivery guy didn't turned up. No calls made...repeatedly try to reach your offices and customer care (surprise that phone numbers[protected] and [protected] is only for seller support!) with no use except arrogant attitude. finally visited to flip cart distribution hub today and find that my courier is returned without any reason! Looks no one is responsible and in your office no one is bothered about the sorry status and customer concern! I feel ship rocket and e-cart is meant for worst and disaster service and will never come back to you again... seller and shipper togather harassing the customer since there is no way to contact seller or shipper!! Good that we are not using your service for critical articles. I am not sure anyone will look this compliant and take action on indiscipline staff responsible.

                    Shiprocket himself has open a back office where they do this fraud activity, they send courier without sendor address no RTO, they send 100 rs courier or old clothes in parcel n claim cash on delivery approx 800 to 1200, this way making profit from fraud, shiprocket is a theif not a courier company but act as courier but actually a fraud hidden seller who manage many fake webpages and a godown of old clothes n cheap product to make a fake parcel

                                [protected] is the Awb number of the product that i shipped from shiprocket via Amazon shipping service. It takes almost 6 days and when it is reached the delivery boy didn't call my client to receive the parcel even though my client was calling him again and again. His number gone unreachable now and i got a notification that the parcel is in return. Now what can i do? I lost my shipping charges too. It was totally fake attempt.

                                    i am very Disappointed with your service i have book a shipment from shiprocket on 19 march 2023 shipping service 15 kg shipment i have selected was amazon my shipment is pickup on 20 march 2023 and on 21 march 2023 status was gurgaon haryana -122052 in time was 5:51 PM after 6 days when i check there is no updation on the site of shiprocket then i rasie a complain on shiprocket custumer care panel and i was complaining regular to shiprocket but there is not update on a site of shiprocket on 3 April 2023 the shipment reach on guwhati and on 4 April 2023 the shipment reach on Meghayla and they deliver the packet on same day 4:36 PM the deliver fake shipment with fake lable recived by the customer the packet weight is approx 250 gram inside goods was rubber band my client was very disappointed because she took order from US client it was custumised order i have make this order in 2 month and they are not deliver at yet and it was urgent shipment when i complain in shiprocket when i raise dispute on 4 April 2023 i regularly follow on mail and 2 time i call every day in custumer care service and now i got mail from shiprocket custumer care service that they have close my complain my client raise a complain on consumer forum and it my duty to update the issue in your all team members because soon she will raise a complain against shiprocket and amazon shipping service
