I ordered an item from Amazon . As per tracking status it was to be delivered on 17th Feb. I received notification along with top on 17th Feb morning that it will be delivered today.
But in the evening a received a whatsapp from Shiprocket business account saying that the item was not delivered as I chose a future delivery and on amazon tracking it showed that delivery was attempted. This is a complete lie because delivery was not attempted at all because no delivery partner was assigned (I would have got a notification otherwise) for delivery and I was not contacted by anyone regarding the delivery.
Shiprocket delayed the delivery and made it look like it was my fault by updating the wrong information on the system.
To make it more worse Shiprocker has no customer care calling facility for consumers, it is only available for sellers.
