My shipment is lost and Shiprocket mark it as a LOST..
its almost 45 days over after they mark as lost.
everyday i call to customer care for my refund amount ..
from last 20 days they make me fools.. like same sentence they said wait for 24 hrs you will get resolution.
Such a poor service and i must say they have to pay me my amount with per day interest.
I hope someone can teach a lesson to Shiprocket.. i have all the avidence to proof my side strong.. please help me in this situation.
