With due respect I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel I have requested pickup through your service the pickup person has been following up more than 4 times for an anonymous
awb id [protected]
And he came and picked up item for awb id [protected]
Item containing primer from Faces Canada he picked up that item on Thursday 2nd of March 2023
But he didn't updated that .
But again he came for that anonymous awb id [protected]
I refused him again and before I had refused I don't have any product of awb id [protected]
The same day he picked up two item in a pink box of Clovia containing
Boxer shorts and petticoat from Clovia
Of Awb id[protected]
But he didn't updated the pickup of this parcel
But he updated pickup of that parcel he picked up on Thursday.
Then I again got a pickup person from express bees via Shiprocket
He asked for Clovia parcel if awb id[protected]
I was surprised how's it possible two pickup person for same item
I called up that first person

He refused for acknowledgement of that parcel update on Clovia app n denied previous parcel update
Being called him again he said u can do whatever u want.
I want to raise complain Against this particular pickup person he had provided some fake AWB I'd against my missing parcel which is invalid
And Shiprocket why mismanagement is done soever .
Which caused this much inconvenience and stress of pickup thing
Kindly look into this
Now there is no update of my parcel where it is I want my parcel back or it must be updated on respective website of Clovia
Sir this is very unprofessional as we put our trust in you, and let our valuables transferred through your service.
This behavior is not good for a company like shiprocket who outsourced expressbees for pickup now my parcel is missing no update on respective website no update for exchange. I hope you will respect the privacy, and time frame of your customers,
That delivery boy had mistaken now I am suffering from stress and loss of valuable item and time .
This causes so much inconvenience and follow up for my own parcel
Which is no where according to shiprocket and expressbeess.
