[Resolved]  Shiprocket — Money deducted from Bank but not received in Shiprocket wallet

I recharged my wallet on 16 October (Sunday) but till now money not received in my Shiprocket's wallet.
I have send many mails and raised many query tickets. And i also talked to them everyday regarding my issue.

I had recharged from my Paytm bank account, and i have also sent my screenshot to them.
