Shiprocket has the worst service ever I have seen in a business. They do not attempt deliveries and put remarks like customer refused or wrong address. Today, one order went into RTO. I tried to find the reason, turns out there isn't any. I talked to the customer service, they said they don't know why it got canceled but I have to pay the RTO charges. So, I lose a customer, I lose my order, I lose my forward freight charges and Now I have to pay the RTO charges. Zero resolution from their side. Whenever I ask for help they need 48 hours to do nothing. providing a list of AWB numbers with remarks.
#[protected] - Order 11 days late, 2 fake attempts and never contacted the customer. I am still waiting for a genuine reattempt.
#SF10002352KR - No delivery attempt made, order never made it to the destination and went straight into RTO
#SF[protected]KR - They have a policy of delivering 5 days late. I asked for that because of customer request and it took them no time to put my order into RTO
#[protected] - 2 fake attempts regarding delivery. Courier saying wrong address but he never actually went to the address neither did he called the customer.
#[protected] fake attempts and no calls were made to the customer regarding delivery. Went into RTO and I had to pay the charge.
