Shiprocket — Necessary documents not delivered

I have sent necessary my bank documents in Bangalore on 3rd November through Shiprocket and the delivery date was 10th but courier boy never ever called and they are showing false attempts and also when i raised a ticket they showed it as resolved without taking any action. i am tracking there is no update whatsoever nothing is happening plz help me now its showing ofd lock applied plz resolve my problem I need my courier to be delivered as soon as possible
