Shiprocket — Not transferring my wallet balance amount into bank account

Address:Plot No.B, Khasra - 360, Mehrauli-Gurgaon Rd, Sultanpur, New Delhi, Delhi 110030

Shiprocket not transfer my wallet balance into bank account since august and not solving my problem still till date. And give me false date and not fullfill their services on time.
