[Resolved] Shiprocket — Order ID# 17790 from Motor Hunk - Partially received - TATA Punch ARM Rest Missing

I have ordered car cover and a arm rest from Motor hunk and the same was shipped via Shiprocket with AWB#[protected]. Today I have received only one item from the order that is the car cover and the arm rest is missing. I have tried to call the motor hunk support team on [protected] but they are hanging up on me. I am not sure this an intended fraud by the seller or by the courier. Could you please look into this and resolve the issue ? Thank you Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Aug 13, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved I have contacted the motor hunk customer support with the concern and they have sent missing item as a suborder and I received it well. This seemed to be an issue from Motorhunk but not ship rocket courier. Shiprocket customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
