Booked a shipment on 22nd and cancelled it within 1 hour.
After 4 follow ups, everytime what i get to hear is that i will receive my refund within 3-4 business days. They are closing service tickets on a random basis without providing any solution. When i am asking for a refund initiation mail with a reference id they are failing to provide the same.
In my last call I said, after the pathetic experience i wish to close my account and hence the recharge of INR 200 that i have done should come back to my account but they are ignoring that too Was this information helpful? |
