I have started my online website and I ship using Shiprocket. There were two orders which got delayed for delivery i.e their estd delivery date was increased due to which my customers cancelled the order.
One of the order of hyderabad telangana was to be delivered by 15 july but the delivery date changed to 19th july so the customer cancelled order on evening 15 july and remarks given by the shipping company were wrong address. Secondly there was an order of earphones . Here the scene was that my customer was in the college when the delivery agent called him and on the other hand he had ordered a pair of shoes which he had to cancel but because of some misunderstanding he refused my order of earphones which he actually wanted to receive.
As per the company policy, three attempts are to be made by the delivery agent and after that RTO gets initiated but in this case after first attempt itself RTO was initiated and my money got deducted from my wallet.
I have complained over 50 times for different reasons on Shiprocket but none of my problem got solved and my ticket got closed stating the non-trustable reasons.
I request to help me and get my refund of ₹ 350 back and I also demand a compensation of ₹25000 for the problems and losses I have faced Was this information helpful? |
