My order with AWB [protected], which was created on 18 th of October.
The order was first not picked up for 5 days due to which I made several complaints, finally it was picked up and then it wasn't delivered, the shipment was finally marked lost and is was provided a refund in the form of wallet balance, suddenly one day the amount was deducted from my wallet and it said the shipment was found and will be delivered to me, the shipment was then marked delivered on 11th of December, but again I did not receive the shipment, I raised a P.O.D on 15 th of December and was told to wait 8-10 days for POD, I received a call saying that the shipment is lost and we will give your details to the respected team members and have your refund initiated.
the Support executive Ayush who I stayed on call with for more than an hour today told me that the POD was uploaded on 26th of December and that I had to raise another complaint to get my refund, but that was not informed to by anyone and I talked to almost 20-30 of Shiprocket executives regarding this order in the past 3 months, instead they called and said we will refund the amount since the shipment is lost
so far I have talked to too many employees who have given me nothing but excuses for their incompetence
not one of my concerns or queries or even call backs have been answered

Please provide me a solution as I am tired of complaining . they want me to keep on checking and keep on calling to complaint. I have to wait literally for an hour on call to get in touch with a senior level employee and they also say the same thing and prove to be of no help. Was this information helpful? |
