I use www.shiprocket.in to delivered my order to customer... On 15th Sep, 2022 i book my order shipment Courier: Amazon Shipping 1Kg
AWB No.:[protected] from Shiprocket application...
they had picked up my shipment after 5 days on 20th sep, , due to late pick up my customer was canceled order and they refuse to accept order...
on 26th Sep 2022 they mark that the shipment was handover to sender .. RETURN TO SENDER .. but i did not received back to my shipment ..
from last 15 days i am trying to contact SHIPROCKET team regarding my shipment but they are not responding me ... every-time they give me days that wait for some more days... not even a single call or mail received from shiprocket...
my shipment order valvue is 8800 .. I want my shipment back ... as i am a sender
Shiprocket app mark fake data ... request you to please help me in this situation.
