Same thing happened with me too. I had booked a trip to Srilanka for my parents and the trip could not happen due to COVID. SOL is now not returning money and forcing us to go on another trip with them if we need to get the worth of the money. My parents are 55+ of age and in high risk category and would not be able to travel till the vaccine is out. Even then, there is no empathy, no response from them. Emails to Mohit Poddar keep bouncing back, no one answers calls. Quite contrary to their marketing USP, this has been a completely HASSLED experience.

I have booked Europe trip through shoes on loose. And cancelled due to COVID.
Turkish airlines has refunded the amount to SOL. But in September, mohit told that the amount was in credit shell. And from October onwards any of SOL members are not responding. Do you have any progress in this?

Our family of twenty people had booked flight tickets through this tour operator for a vacation to maldives from Bangalore, the airlines have refunded the money although they deny and have been evading calls.
They have vacated their office and don’t answer phone calls or text messages
and very rarely respond to mails without any clarity or affirmation.
They are a sham, people kindly beware.

Hi everyone, this is Sandhya here.. I hope all are doing well.. same issue we are facing too.. we had booked tickets to Dubai however due to COVID it got cancelled initially.. Mohit Poddar was incharge of our trip & in the month of September he said he will arrange in postponing the trip, post which no response at all from anyone of them.. we didn’t wanted to travel anywhere in this pandemic situation so asked for refund however no responses after that.. Mohit won’t respond to any calls msgs & emails.. Even I got confirmation about flight cancellation charges & package charges has been credited back to the company but now they are not responding at all..

We had booked a trip to maldives and the trip got canceled due to Covid.
They were not in favour of a refund, but a replacement voucher was given.
Now they are asking rescheduling charges of 65000!
Also, there are no replies to the emails too!
If anyone wants to take any legal action, I’m game for it!
