Hi,
It was my first order with shop CJ and I am so disappointed by their services and suggest Not to buy anything from your network.why I called you ! Please don't go for shop cj they tell you to wait and wait
They make customers fool I have been told to Wait for 5 day then for next 5-7 days total 10-11days wait for a cellphone/smartphone.a and after that they tolde to courier phone to i kall company which is also a another fraud company.i am so stressed by this company mentally as well as financially

Updated by Jai nandani I am getting no response from customer care shop cj as well as from I kall there's no service center in Lucknow why I courier phone to Delhi and spend 500rs again when I received defective phone from you and wasted money to call you again and again

is there any remedy from your side or you just take money and forget all why customers are grinding between all
We buy from shop cj to save time not to waste I think it's better to buy from local shop they give much better service than shop cj
