[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — peachy po8 cotton leggings combo 3 | |||||
Hi team, 1) i have placed an order on 09sep 2017 order number - [protected] (Rs 1148) for peachy po8 cotton leggings combo 3, which i received on 14th sep2017. 2) the product was not delivered with the size which i ordered, so i asked for cancellation. But customer care executive suggested me to go for exchange instead of return, so i did 3) on 16th september i received a call that exchanged product is out of stock, i need to go for cancellation, for which i placed a cacellation request and customer care suggested me that it took appx 7-10 working days to pick the order. 4) after 16th sept 2017, i have received appx everyday message from courier company that my order will be picked today, but no courier person came at my place to pick the order and i have not received any call or message for the same. The number which was mentioned in the message from courier company, noone is responding on that number. I tried calling shop cj customer care so many times but everytime i got a response that "wait till today evening, your order will be picked up". 5) on 1st oct 2017, i thought of calling customer care again and check with them if bigger size of the product is available, and he said its available, i again placed an exchange order request, for which the same courier company which was not picking my return order from 15 days delivered the exchange product in just 3 days i. E. On 04th oct 2017, i was suprised with that. I asked the courier person about the courier company office in pune, he gave me the address of chinchwad, pune branch of xpressbees courier. 6) on 4th october 2017, i again called the shop cj customer care @ [protected] to return the product as i was not happy with the quality of the exchanged product and also not happy with the services provided by shop cj, again they committed me that my order will be picked up in 7-10 working days. 7) i didn't have that much time and patience to wait courier person for next 7-10 days more (Which surely they are not going to come), and on 7th october i handed over my return order to xpressbees courier, chinchwad, pune awb no : [protected] and i confirmed by calling shop cj customer care on 09th october 2017 that they have received the product, and i will get a call in 48 hrs to update my account details for which they will made a credit of rs 1148. 8) waiting for 4-5 days (Appx 120 hrs), i didn't receive any call from their end to provide the account details, on 13th october i called customer care and ask them to transfer my call to senior department. I have given my icici bank midc mumbai account details and they ensured that they have updated the details in their system and i will get the money back in my account in next 3-5 working days. 9) again waiting for appx 10 days, when i called customer care on 26th october 2017, customer care executive informed me that they have initiated the credit of rs 1148 to my account on 25th october 2017 via neft and it should be reflected in my account by eod. 10) when i called today i. E on 27th october 2017, they said it has been already credited to your account on 26th october 2017, but i have not received any credit in my account from shop cj (Attaching bank statement). 11) in this one month and 20 days, i tried calling shop cj customer care appx 25 times (Attaching vodafone bill details) and wasted appx 220 mins by talking to useless customer care executives of shop cj who are never giving proper response to their customer.
