Shop Clues — Product ordered and delivered is not as listed and described

Hi, iam srikanth Email Id [protected]@gmail.com Item ordered - 2600mAh Power Bank with 4 Adapters for iPhone / Nokia / Samsung, Issues - did not get the 4 adapters. The only reason I bought the power bank was for the iPhone adapter which is listed in the description. Where as only the power bank was delivered. I called shop clues CC and raised issue, the informed me they will come back to me in 24-36hrs time, I got a email mom the same in 24 hours asking about condition of the pack, for which I replied stating condition of the pack was excellent but adapters missing . Later called them three times but every time I get a reply staying system is not responding pls call back, for 50 rs product I would have spent more by calling their std num. please do the needful.
