My name is shivam agrawal. I have ordered buy one get one offer watches from this site worth rate 947.. They tell product is branded but this is a duplicate product.. I'm not happy for this watches quality is so bad.. This product is so wrost.. I have bill of this product and they need to give me my money back.

I'm from guntur, i was ordered for fastrack branded watches which were looking like branded, but the product received was very poor product and not branded watch as which was not displays before order, i'm fully not satisfied with the product, and i'm ordered it by pay on delivery then how can u deposit in my account, i had mailed you so many times but there was no response to me for refund of money to me, and my name is anam prahalad reddy, plz refund my money, it was not genuine to give fake products to the customers

I want to return the watch which you have deliver me in 21 july 2018. The product which u have deliver is fake one. How can u do this to your customers to serve fake product. Now i just want my money to be refunded as soon as possible. Kindly do consider it. What ever information u all required is given below.in ur return policy it was given that money will be refunded in given bank account no but mine was cash on delivery.

I have ordered fastrack watch on 21/07/2018 the cost for the watch is rs/- 747, on monday i have received the product after checking the product it's completly duplicate watch and even it is not worth for 100 rs also.

They are using reputed company name to cheat the people kindly check address this on priority.

Shoposum delivered wrong products because I have ordered fastrack wrist watch but they delivered local watch with fastack tag watch is not working. I have paid 747/- against this watch and there is packing of fastrack.I have already raised complaint at shop osum site but I didn't get any response from customers care of shoposum. Plz help me out and I need to your attention for getting my money back.
This online site is making fool to the online buyer.
