Shop Vista Kerala — Transaction fraud

Website:shopvista_EpayKerela

I received a call from [protected] and subsequently from [protected], with one identifying himself as Abhinav of citibank. He said that my credit card is due for renewal and also intimated that the rewards point on my card is required to be transferred to my new card. I thought it must be genuine as he was telling all my details like name, date of birth, mobile number (obvious he had called me), etc. However, immediately, I created an online security for my card. The next day I received a mobile alert from citi bank that multiple failed attempts to log in to my card account online had been made and IPIN is thus blocked. However, I received a call from the same man, wherein he asked me to enter the cvv / otp received on my mobile. I thought he must be a genuine citibank employee and keyed in th otp. Immediately, I received a message that Rs. 8404.00 has been spent on my credit card. After I received my new card, I found that no such money has been transferred to my new card. After receiving my citibank bill, I realised that I have been cheated. Kindly help me in this regard
