I received a call from karthik a sbi employee (Might be a fraud) today and said that i have won some reward points on my credit card. He said that i need to key in my cvv number so as to gain the reward points. As soon as i got the otp he said that i will be getting my reward points within 48 hours. The amount of rs. 8499 got debited from my card. I am not in the position to pay back this much amount to the bank. Kindly help.....

With reference to the above subject i would like to state that i was duped over phone on 16th august by some lady calling herself as sbi official and that my credit card is being cancelled and new card being issued due to security reason and the reward points need to be transferred to any other credit card so i was duped to share the card.
