Sir, i had ordered Redmi Note 4 (4 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM) from shopaaz.com vide order No.106832 on 10th of may 2017 and paid Rs.12499 through paytm wallet with transaction ID [protected] dated 10.05.2017. but on 13th may shopaaz.com send me message that they are unable to delivered my product and will refund my money within 5-7 days.but sir i didn't got any refund till today. I have raised the issued with paytm vide reference no.29725734 as Shopaaz.com is registered with paytm to make payment. Now, the company has closed its customer care service and also removed their address from their site and not responding to any mail sent to them. You can also check on google that how they made fool to such innocent people by typing complaints against shopaaz.com. I have make payment through paytm wallet, so please ask to paytm for refund please.
