I had ordered a mobile phone from www.shopaaz.com on 04.05.2017 by paying Rs. 8499.

It was a bit fishy that the payment was accepted through Paytm account. the statement of Paytm account is also attached.

shopaaz.com had sent a mail to me on 12.05.17 stating that since they are unable to deliver the product, they will refund the whole amount with 5% cash back.

From 18.05.2017 their customer care numbers[protected] has also been disconnected.

Kindly help me the solution on how may I get back the refund.

Updated by [email protected] Dear sir i booked redmi 3S Prime phone on 11th may 2017 for Rs 8499 .but it was cancelled on 13th may and shopaaz shopping said that it will refund within 7 days but 7 days go away but still i do not receive my money ..order id – 101510 redmi 3s prime 8499 rupees booked on[protected] cancelled on[protected] my contact number – [protected]

I book redmi 3s prime mobile on shopaaz, but after 2 days i got massege of cancelled order, my order no.is 100899, i have shall not geting my refund,

Dear sir, i am using redmi 3s prime mobile but, my mobile ringtone volume is reduced when i am update my mobile. present i am 8.5.3.0 version please, kindly increase ringtone volume in next version.please .
