ShopCart18 — After payment not received any confirmation

Hai i am suratna from kolkata. Today21.01.2014) i order the wallet from your shopcart18. I already paid 129 rs by net banking to the bank of baroda. But still now i don't received any confirmation sms or ph call.

Please delivered within working 5 days otherwise i inform to consumer forum or inform to the police station.
