ShopClues.com — Fraud company - two products ordered on 15 october 2015 not delivered yet | |||||
I ordered a nicer slicer dicer and a HP bag on 15th october. Order numbers: 71714739 and 71688137. Both the orders have not been delivered to my address however, I received mesages from shopclues that the item has been delivered and they want my views about the product. This is some kind of joke as I have not received my products yet!!!. I requested for money back and they have been refusing to return my money either. I am so pissed that I even left this review and still no action has been taken!!!- "I ordered this product on 15th OCtober. I didnot receive this item. I called customer services 100s of time no actions taken yet. I wanted my money back. that is not initiated either. I simply want my money back. I ordered a bag on snapdeal day before yesterday and it has already been delivered. Learn something from Snapdeal, Amazon and Paytm. You are a fraud company.
