I have booked a Micromax mobile phone on dated-14/08/2016 amounting Rs. 4444/- through AXISBank Credit Card EMI optioion for 3 month. Payment is successfully transferred to shopclues as i got the confirmation message as well from shopclues but the mobile is not delivered to me till now neither they have refunded mu money back... however the shopclues website updated the status as delivered. several time i contacted to CCE but no help is provided from their end till now. i raised several online complaint simultaneously vide tkt no-7551996, 117904, 221993 but each time they closed the ticket without delivering my order. I have purchased two Brio led bulbs from you in online it is not even worth for ten rupees it burned only for two days that is one hour in total and burnt and useless. I request the government to initiate immediate action and ban this kind of substandard goods sale through online by shopclues I am also approaching the consumer forum if necessary

I am book on nokia mobile phone 1681 in 26.08.2016 but this phone are inside battery are not proper so pls change the battery.
