[Resolved] ShopClues.com — received laptop is defective need refund | |||
Order id[protected] for lenovo thinkpad x240 intel core i5 4th gen. 8gb ram 1tb hdd wifi win 7 pro. Mail id-india4321. [protected]@gmail.com I have received product on 27 sept as dead and invoice date is 21 sept. I return requested to them. They said me provide doa certificate from lenovo service center. I visited service center on date 2 oct (30 and 1 oct off to all service center). They refused doa. Because doa can get 7 days after purchase. My question to shopclues is that if invoice date 21 sept and received date is 27 sept 7 days already passed in dispatch so how can i get doa?
