Dear sir, I have order nokia xpress music but there is battery problem. So i will return to courier man. I was requesting you from over 20 days for refund my money into my bank account from shopclues buck. I was upload my bank details - manish kumar shrivastava sbi account no - [protected], ifsc code - sbi000370. But everytime you customer care representative say your bank details was not uploaded.
