This is in regards with the one plus mobile(order no :[protected]that got delivered on Aug 1 through cash on delivery. But the product was defective ( camera is not working, display is not working). And we requested for an replacement but we were not satisfied with the product too. So we went for the refund option. We were asked to choose an bank account through my shop clues profile. But the details (account holder: Saravana dhandapani)that I updated never matched with their account (account holder: mukesh Kumar yadav) we contacted the customer care and asked to stop the process until this is sorted out but they have credited the amount(Rs 16, 577) to the wrong account and we did not get any proper response from any customer care person we speak. They have cheated us with the wrong account and we have faced displeasure with their behaviour. Despite of our continuous mails andcalls to the customer care (from Oct 2 to 5) to stop the further processing of the refund until the problem is sorted out, Shopclues has transferred the amount to the wrong account on Oct 12 th. This mistake is your service team, We request you take this as an seriousness action and process the refund to the correct account immediately
