Shopclues Q0010 — Seller has send a used worng item and no help from qoo10 or the seller

I had order a WS-858 Wireless Karaoke Handheld Microphone USB KTV Player Bluetooth Mic Speaker vide order #92034880 dt. 02 SEP 2021. The seller has supplied a used and totally different mic. Return request was raised on the samde day and after much follow-up, return pickup was arranged on 12 SEP 2021. However, it could not go through as the concerned Delhivery AWB no mentioned to the pickup agent was wrongly mentioned[protected] instead of the correct one[protected]. This resulted into bar code on the package not getting scanned. In the process of checking the cause of error, inadvertantly the recall tab was pressed resulting into cancellation of return request (mobile app seems to have been intentionally designed in this way).
Inspite of the wrong committed by the seller and the return request being cancelled inadvertantly due to the wrong AWB advised by q0010, it is me who has been on receiving end.
The seller Karnavati Express, Ahmedabad ([protected]@gmail.com) and qoo10 both are big frauds, and advise to all is to stay away from these.
