I had order a WS-858 Wireless Karaoke Handheld Microphone USB KTV Player Bluetooth Mic Speaker vide order #92034880 dt. 02 SEP 2021. The seller has supplied a used and totally different mic. Return request was raised on the samde day and after much follow-up, return pickup was arranged on 12 SEP 2021. However, it could not go through as the concerned Delhivery AWB no mentioned to the pickup agent was wrongly mentioned[protected] instead...

I had placed order #92242494 for AVN Elite Mini Portable USB Rechargeable 3 Speed Fan (Colours May Vary)and # 92242495 for AVN Elite Selfie Flash LED Light with Rechargeable 36 LED Light，3-Level Adjustable Brightness For Al on 17 SEP 2021. The package was delivered on 25 SEP 2021 and finding the same to be too small to acoomodate both the ordered items (5' X 3' X3' package, gross weight 107gms), return request was raised on the same day....

But Delivered SanDisk ultra drive. Not Dual drive with Type C. Totally different item received. Unable contact customer care or seller. Worst experience with ShopClues Qoo10.

Product returned to seller. But I didn't received replacement or refund....

I have placed an order on 4th August 2021 for a sling brown bag for rs 101.4rs ...
My ammountvdeducted but order is not placed.
Their support team is asking me to check with bank, i have chevked it but the ammount is fredited to shopclues account.
These people arent accepting that ammount has been credited to shopclues account.
I have been raising complaint since 4th August but nobody is helping...
