ShopDealClue — double charged for same order for rs 440

I had purchased an item on shopdealclue.com for which i was charged twice and i had sent a complaint on [protected]@shopdealclue.com but they are not replying or reverting on my email. Order id on shopdealclue :-

"i hve been charged twice for one of my orders number 9625, i paid through net banking cc avenue, transaction got successfull but order showed no confirmation so i paid again for the same order, i already contacted cc avenue and they confirmed that transaction was successfull and ccavenue did not hold my payment. Ccavenue reference no which got successeded :[protected], ccavenue reference number which failed :[protected]
