Ordered a product before 15 days

My name is Mohit Shrivastava residing in Gurgaon.I have ordered a Tampered Screen card from shopeling.com on 7 Nov 2015 and done the payment of Rs 95 via payumoney.com payment option as well, as they ensure if I don't receive the product my money will be safe with us.But I am totally unsatisfied with the delivery time as well the product I received.
I received the item and found a broken one on 20 Nov 2015.I just opened it took...

They didnt provided me the perfect product

They have written in there site that it is perfect fit for your xolo omega 5.5 screen tempered glass ... But what i get is totally differnt product. The tempered glass which they provided is covering half of my front camera... I contact with customer care.. "They say it is a right product for your phone".. They are not accepting there fault.. And said it can't be return back .....
