Shopiagos — fake power bank delivery | |||||
Dear sir, This is to inform you that i have ordered a philips 50000 mah power bank from www.shopiagos.com on 01.11.2017. On 06.11.2017 i have received that packet and when i opened that packet there is a 30000 mah power bank of samsung and a bluetooth device in it. The power bank is not working, and is not original. I did not received any warranty card or sale bill alongwith the packet. Moreover the power bank was not packed & it looks like it is used/refurbished product send to me. This product is not at all original samsung make. Even sockets are not aligned with the input/output pin. After this i have sent many e-mails to the company but they did not respond and their mobile number is also not in use. So i request you to provide me the original one (Philips 50000 mah power bank) as ordered or else refund my inr 1399/- which was paid to courier person. I will highly obliged to you.
