I have oder a nokia mobile model number 1100 which was received on 10th november 2017, but not in a working condition.

I have tried your contact number for complaining but its not pick up by your end and continously busy also.

I request you to collect this mobile and refund my money as soon as possible.

I had ordered philips 30000mah power bank and free bluetooth but i had received chinese product or made in china. There is no marking of the company level of philips. When i call them the system is generating the num you have dialled is switched off or temporarily out of service. And after that when i sent the mail on this mail address then i received a auto generated reply...

Your mail message to the following address (Es) could not be delivered.
This is a permanent error. Please verify the address (Es) and try again.

I need a proper resolution and also my refund

I purchased 30000mah power bank with vivo blue tooth free on oct-2017 but the powerbank back up is very poor. Its not charging atleast one battery. Actually its not a 30000mah power bank. Its dummy item they sold me and i mailed lot of time but no response from there side

Hence, i file a complaint against shopiagos at consumer forum.

I was searching for old products on olx.in whenisaw the advertisement of this website. I clicked on the link
I have ordered a nokia phone from shopiagos. I have ordered nokia 1100 and i received other phone. I have sent a e-mail complaining about the phone but i got no response.
The phone is not showing the sim card signal and itvis a fake piece and the charger is also not working.
When i attached the charger, the phone showed no responce. The phone's body is also loose.
So, i request you to look into this matter.

This is to inform you that i have ordered a philips 50000 mah power bank from www.shopiagos.com on 01.11.2017. On 06.11.2017 i have received that packet and when i opened that packet there is a 30000 mah power bank of samsung and a bluetooth device in it. The power bank is not working, and is not original. I did not received any warranty card or sale bill alongwith the packet. Moreover the power bank was not packed & it looks like it is used/refurbished product send to me. This product is not at all original samsung make. Even sockets are not aligned with the input/output pin.

After this i have sent many e-mails to the company but they did not respond and their mobile number is also not in use.

So i request you to provide me the original one (Philips 50000 mah power bank) as ordered or else refund my inr 1399/- which was paid to courier person.

Hi all,

I have ordered for "oppo 30000mah" power bank, but that company sent me "samsung 30000mah" power bank with cod, i am calling them not working their mobile numbers.

Also send me faulty head phone free with it.

This is cheating with customer.

Please force to this company not to cheat and replace with genuine product or return my money.

Should be block these types of companies and also its mobile phone is "power bank" on true caller app.

I was purchase samsung 30000 mah power bank, but i was got local power bank product. I want replace it. I had many time mail him on [protected]@shopiagos.com but they are not response. Many time call on [protected] but they are not received.
Please help me for replacing or return this product.

I placed order for a 25000 mah power bank philips make along with mobile phone 3310, on 20th september 2017, after seeing a pop up advertisement from irctc website. I placed the order on cod basis and received confirmation on mail order #sg[protected]. The delivery boy delivered the parcel at my postal address after collecting the cash from my wife on 4th october 2017. I opened the parcel the next day and found that there was no bill or guarantee card issued for the items, the power bank was not of philips make, the charger was not in working condition. I tried contacting the customer care numbers of the company but no response. I then booked a online complaint on shopigos website and also sent a mail to their customer care. I have not received any response from them till date. The company has cheated me and supplied duplicate / defective items.
I request shopiagos collecting back the defective goods and refund my money.

I order for philips powerbank and 3310 mobail.
But i got non branded powerbank which is noh working at all.
I want return it but there is no any address for return. My order no. Is #sg[protected]. I pay 1299/- cash after delivery. Both philips powerbank and 3310 mobail are foulty. I order on 13/10/2017. Igot parsel on 23/10/2017. But there in no address and manufracting date, andname of company on product. They did not any working.

I order for nokia mobile 3310 along with free power bank but i received on 5 oct 2017 dead and damaged nokia phone with power bank in unnamed so i want return product i want return my money rs 1299 so want to return product and tried so shopiagos customer care but they not received call and i also sent email to shopiagos help line no reply came from them please solve my problem..

I have received the order today and i am very disappointed with the service and product.

You people are making us full by saying philips power bank and refurbished nokia phone in good condition.

But when i got it and i checked, it is used power back which is not philips power bank and the nokia refurbished phone is not refurbished. It is damaged phone along with damaged charger.

I don't want to exchange the product but i want my refund back.

I have ordered samsung power bank & bluetooth device, the have sent me "duplicate" samsung power bank & blue tooth which are not working. I brought this combo for 999 by cod.
There is no response from that website when contacted.

To enquire about details regarding from where the parcel is sent & who sent me the parcel, they denied to give any information
