Shopiagos — used power bank and damaged phone

I have received the order today and i am very disappointed with the service and product.

You people are making us full by saying philips power bank and refurbished nokia phone in good condition.

But when i got it and i checked, it is used power back which is not philips power bank and the nokia refurbished phone is not refurbished. It is damaged phone along with damaged charger.

I am trying to reach on mobile numbers [protected]/[protected] given on your website which is coming busy for hours and hours. And email id which is given on their website is not working [protected]@shopiagos.com

I have attached the photos for the same.

I don't want to exchange the product but i want my refund back.
