Dear sir,
I placed my order for a smart phone on a website named www.shopingkaro.com for an amount of inr 16, 500 on 10 april, 2019. After making a upi payment, i made a call to ask about the detail for the delivery of the product. Tha call was attended by a lady, and she said, it will be delivered within 5-7 days. After few days, i mailed them to forward my awb tracking number. But i did not get any response from them. Whenever i tried to call them, the customer care line goes on busy line. Now even the website is not available.
Kindly help me in this matter.

My name is kalpesh solanki i purchased redmi note 7pro for rs 16499 from shopingkaro.com i have paid via google pay even axis bank is not able to help me in this regard these are my hard earn money i wanted it back .Now the site is also not to seen on google search nor any contact details are available plz help ..
