Shopkin — cannot receive product

Placed an order on their website on 24 march 2019. The website said it will be delivered in 12-14 days. My order was still processing. I called up the company, they said it will be delivered soon. I then came across complaints about similar websites which all have the same office address in vadodara: office no: 23 to 29, seven seas, gorwa road, opp, alembic rd, vadodara, gujarat 390023.

They scam people by having clothes for really cheap that tempt people into buying, and then take online payment and deactivate the phone and email. The customer service number is no longer reachable.

I have ordered three products from shopkin on 24th march 2019, I have not yet received my parcel. I am trying to call their customer care number from so long their number is noncontactable, I just saw the reviews on google the same happened with me. This is a fake company. I want my refund. They are not reverting on email too.
