I have ordered a top and a saree online, they say they will deliver within 12-13 days but still i haven't got the package and i have tried contacting them through mails and messages and troied calling but i am unable to reach them. I have paid 798 through razorpay gateway on march 30th.
I got a confirmation message with order id #22326.
After few days i got even a confirmation call that my order will be delivered by 12th of april. It is 17th april i havent recieve my package, neither i am able to contact them.
