I don't have their customer care number. After payment I didn't even get any confirmation or My order number. I request you all to complain at www.consumerhelpline.nic.in with whatever details you have for redreessal of the matter. More the complain easier it will be to take action against these frauds.

Same experience..but they gave me reoly over mail two times and after placed the order they confirmed me that order will be delivered on or before 6th April, after that they sent a reply over by mail with changed delivery date i e 9th april and lastly mailed to change the delivery date 13th April.

Same happen to me. Order number 18271 dated 28/03/19, but till date i have received noting. No. response from their side.
Same from my side. Made an order for it and even mailed them for status and they said that they will deliver by 14th April. But after that they and the site got disappeared.
Lets make a Facebook page and create a pressure group against this fraud. Use same online platform against them. I will share the link please join.
I have registered a complaint with my local police online and also lodged a complaint on consumer affairs forum. Friends do the same, we all must come together and fight.

One minute age someone called me and said...''I am from shopkin.in.. Please give me your card number and I will refund your money. Then withdraw your complaint. '' how smart they are. ... We should sometime to teach them a lesson. This is very important.

I'm facing the same pblm I have shoped in that now there is no response from them Pls take action
Even I had placed an order worth 700, i got a confirmation call saying i would receive my order by 8th april 2019 hasn't received any, , tried calling to the same number from where i got the confirmation, That is no more in use :(( and wrote multiple emails no response, i lost my hard earned money :'(

It is a big scam running in crores of hard earned money of many people like us who have been cheated..
Their phone numbers are available, if the agencies want they can trace these numbers and arrest them

This company is actually a fake one. Even I had placed an order on 29-Mar-2019; they called me up and confirmed that my order will be delivered in 12-13 days. Nonetheless, they haven't turned up yet. Also, their phone is temporarily out of service. It's first time I have experienced this and have become quite cautious now.
