[Resolved]  Shoppersstop.com — Pathetic response on refund of payment on first order which is never placed.

Hello Team,
Greeting of the day.
Shopper stop id is [protected]
I have purchased the First citizen card on 24 June 2025 worth of Rs 499
The order of one item is tried to be executed in Shopper stop app with use of Gift Voucher of Rs 1000, First citizen card of Rs 250 & UPI payment of RS 198. But it is failed. After doing long chase, first we have received the UPI payment only.
We are pushing team for feedback of Gift Voucher of Rs 1000, First citizen card of Rs 250. It should be back to us or customer.
While connecting with shoppe stop customer care, they are told that need to log off from system, it will automatically reflect. But it never shows any balance.
shopper stops are not ready to give the money back & also I haven't received any Physical Membership Card of First citizen
It is pathetic response from Shopper stop on first order.
