I purchased one sunglasses from shopper stop online on 24th September, 2022 and get the box on 27th September, 2022, As the item is smaller in size so raised a return request i next 5 mins after receiving the item.
And the Item was picked up on 30 September and got the mail that the item picked and after quality check my amount was refunded back.
Now they are saying from past 2 months that they received the empty box, but when the item was picked up courier person checked everything and the item was there in box in front of me .
Its almost 2 months now they keep on saying they received empty box as its not my fault if they received empty box or the item was misplaced in between.

      The service/sales staff at mantri square mall handling the “bandeya” division has been behaving derogatory and talking down to customers on a regular basis. This is the third time when she has behaved rude and disrespectful towards customers wishes and enquiries. Treating people like she is doing them a favour by even talking to them.

        I have orderded product worth of 275/- on 01th Oct 2020.

        Till the date product not delivered.

        While tracking on website it is showing different locatons every day.

        While checking with Customer care representatives, they just asking me to
        wait for 2-3 days everytime when im contacting.

        Not giving updates on delivery status.

          Hello sir
          This is not the product which i refunded.
          I received the product.but I return this because i did not like the product .
          I thought money will be returned by you as other websites.
          But next month i knew you haven’t processed the request and my money is not refunded yet..
          Then i called to your call center and asked them to refund.they told me it was failed in quality check..i was like ok no issue then refund my product or refund me money.you need to do atleast one thing..order was placed on 24 june and was returned on aprrox 25 or 26 june as the same as I received
          But you delayed
          You can check how many time i have called to your call center for my product
          Aprrox 8-10 times for this order refund..but your person never responded..
          Today after 3 month a single call from your side on 14-10-22 I received..
          Today you said product is not what is you sent to me.
          So its your fault
          Customer is not liable for the loss done by you
          I have given the same product what I received
          How dare you to blame me that I changed the product.
          You pick up agent must be check the product.
          What he is supposed to pickup or what is customer giving.
          It’s completely your fault..I can’t blame anyone who changed it and gave to you..
          It can be pick up person or warehouse person or lorry person or someone else..but customer is not liable for the mistake done by you and your person.
          You are doing fraud to me as i can see you are saving some person who has changed the product.
          So if you give my refund it will be good for both o[censored]s
          If you can not please revert me back
          I need to take some legel action against the fraud happend to me.(i gave right product and someone changed and deliver you wrong product).

              I had placed an order Order no:[protected], on 7th of July 2022, amounting to 1821.82 INR . On 10th of July I received a totally different, stained shirt and immediately placed an exchange request. Next day that stained shirt was picked up by their courier partner, but after that there is no reply from their side, these people are literally making me fool since 3 months and neither they are sending me the shirt nor refunding my money.
              I have called them so many times, every time they create a case ID and promise me to give resolution within 2-3 days but they never send any reply and resolution . I am fed up now and their such actions are forcing me to lodge a police complaint.

                I have returned this product on 2nd September, 2022 due to fittings issue. ShoppersStop has still not processed the refund of Rs. 1299.

                  I had returned three items due to certain issues. Item has reached the warehouse of shoppersstop on 24th August and same has been confirmed through mail. Several times I have contacted customer support team but experience is very bad.

                    On 18th Sept 2022 we bought some items worth ₹1, 826 from Shoppers Stop store Kolkata, south city. In our bill, they have charged ₹7 for the carry bag which has their logo in it.
                    When we are buying items from a store, isn't it obvious to get the carry bag alongwith for free.

                      I ordered a product in my credit card and received 10 days later again initiated a exchange request because of the issue in the size, three weeks later I got a mail that the order got cancelled and refund is initiated, I ordered the product in my credit card and got the refund in ShoppersStop wallet which they’ve done without letting me know I need my money in my bank account.

                        In the above mentioned order one women white T-Shirt was ordered, which was received with black spots. As soon as I received, I saw the spots on the T shirt and complained to shoppers stop customercare, I sent the images also. The costomercare initiated the return. The item was picked up on 9th August 2022 but they have not yet credited the money to my account. Now it is more than one month. I have called the customer care more than 10 times, evey ti.me they say within 24 hours it will be resolved but nothing happened. Such companies should not run, rather should be stopped.

                          I had ordered 2 perfumes and 1 was delivered wrong. Shared images also but cc people saying we have delivered right product. After chasing them for 10 days they say we will accept return as an exception but will give money in the ShoppersStop wallet and not original mode. I told them i don’t want to block my money i will buy the product from somewhere else but no resolution. No help the customer service is very pathetic

                          Hi. The issue is not yet resolved how come the complaint is marked resolved.
                          Pathetic customer service this brand has. The executives have no sense of resolving the issue of the customer. The brand itself delivers wrong product and later the executives deny stating you have received correct product. Being such a big brand they don’t have any responsibility towards the issue of their buyers.

                            I ordered a Kraus white straight fit jeans price Rs.1256/- having order ID[protected] and it was delivered to me on 30th August, 2022 with stains on the front left leg of the jeans. So I initiated a return request and the product was picked on 31st August, 2022 and the Delhivery courier service that it was returned successfully on 5th Sept, 2022 but the status on the website just show that return initiated and even after 10 days m still waiting...

                            My complaint is regarding DELAYING OF REFUND from online shoppersstop.com. and their WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                            My Order ID[protected]. Placed order on 13.8.2022. Product received through Bluedart courier service on 19.8.2022 was completely broken in powdered form. (2nos. of Glass bottles)

                            From 19.8.2022 I have been chatting with shoppersstop customer care team for my refund. They are very much irresponsible and behaving rudely (signing off inbetween the questions) to resolve the issue even after my submission of crystal clear evidences.

                            On 19th from Ms. Ritika Mannadiar's side she gave a raised case id(Complaint id CAS[protected]H2D3Y7) and asked me to wait 48hrs.

                            On 23rd Mr. Amrut stated that their team is working on the issue.

                            On 25th again Ms.Ritika gave words that soon they will process the refund. Again asked me to wait.

                            On 28th from Ms.Kretika Lalwani's side she raised a NEW CASE unwantedly without processing the previous case.(case id:CAS[protected]L9P6C1) and rudely closed the chat inbetween the queries and concern.

                            After read all the disappointed reviews online, i was shocked to see such a name earned big brand's illicit carelessness towards people's money.

                            Decided this is my FIRST and last painful shopping experience with shoppersstop. I am nothing to them as an individual shopper but for sure won't recommend this e-shopping site to my nears and dears.

                            Felt like I am getting cheated and without delaying started searching in a helpless/clueless state to raise a complaint, atlast found here some reputed people's productive service in resolving consumer's refund issues genuinely gives me a relief to hold my trust on you people.

                            So registering here my grievences and expecting a trustworthy and positive result soon as possible. HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. Trust you people.

                            Registered my grievences on 28.08.2022. here in this website. My complaints are Refund delay and lethargic customer service from shoppersstop.com. A female called me on 03.09.2022 and informed me that my refund amount will be there in my credit card in about 5 -7 days of time. On the same day they credited my amount into my credit card. Only because of the genuine steps taken by this reputed authentic team of consumercomplaints.in website I could get my refund amount this soon. If not for sure I might landed in a deep scum for more than a month or two to get my money back. There is a sure chance i could have lost my money itself in the refund complaint raising process with the lethargic shoppersstop customer service team. My sincere thanks for you guys and my hearty appreciation for your prompt response and service. May the supreme energy showers your team with abundant positive energy and blessings. Keep going with your authentic service to your helpless clients like me who suffers emotionally and mentally to get their money back. Thanks once again!

                                    They are simply responding to the email by stating that "they have raised the problem. Please wait for some time." They are unable to write any time frame at all. What does 'some time' mean? It could be another month, six months, or a year. Please assist me in receiving a refund as soon as possible.
