I bought two gift cards with an amount of Rs2000 each back in 2019.
Due to COVID I was not able to redeem them . When I went to Faridabad store to get these reactivated I was told company has declared a new policy where in no reactivation will happen for cards issued before 2020.

I am a frequent buyer and first citizen card holder at Shoppers Stop. I get all the emails/messages for sale, discount but the very crucial information where my money was involved dint reach me.

I need compensation or the cards to be reactivated since as a customer I seek proper communication from the company for any change in policy where I am affected.

    Hi, I ordered 2 Louis Philippe T-shirts online on 5th Jan 2023 and the Order number was[protected].
    On 12th Jan I initiated a return request for 1 T-Shirt costing Rs. 1, 234.Since then the courier partners have been auto cancelling my request mentioning no one at home whereas they have never bothered to contact me.After repeated calls and mails to customer care and several complaints being raised - of which most gets autoclosed without even resolving...and during one of the calls the customer care executive initiated a return request for the other T-shirt by mistake and told me that you could still return the product to the courier partner and they would accept it. Finally at last they came and picked up the product...I also received an email on 13th Feb stating product received at the warehouse...and refund would be processed within 2-3 business days ...but till date there is no progress. I'm done with Shoppers Stop.

      I returned the products to Shoppers stop in good condition, and now after a month they tell me that the product has failed the quality check and they cannot refund the money.
      The customer care just hangs up when they feel like, and they will not refund the money no matter how many times you say or call. They will never call and update about anything

        Ordered online though website. Didn't receive the order. The customer care said they'll refund but now day check with your neighbours and find your parcel!! I need my refund back that is simple.

        I made this order with this scam company only because I had some credits in my account and if I didn't use them they would eat it up and make them zero every 3 months. Which you cannot do. You can't eat someone's money. Then I had to "request" them to refund my money and give me 3 more months to place order.

          I ordered a product which was never delivered and it showed delivered in my account. Reached out to shoppers Stop they took 20 days and said please ask your neighbours. We have delivered. No proof of delivery. Have been asking and need my refund immediately. I don't even want anything else . First they asked for you want refund or another order and then changed their statement to go and ask neighbours.
          In the first place I only placed this order because they had given me credits online and if I didn't use my credits they would make it zero in 3 months. Which is my money - and they can't eat my money. But they did twice before I had to "request" them to give my credits back.

            I had purchased 3 jeans from shoppers stop on 28th July 2022.
            Since the jeans were not fitting I returned them.
            From August I have been following up with them, I have also shared my bank statements more than 3 times with them.
            My order id[protected].
            Its been over 6 months still they are not refunding my money.
            Very bad experience.

                I had prchased a T-shirt online and on the same day it was delivered I raised a return request (Jan 12th). But till date no one has come to pickup the product. I raised 4-5 complaints both online and through Contact us number availabe on the website.But they are closing the case as-" return failed " without even calling me once. I raised complaint by emailing - and other than an automated case id getting generated - nothing else has happened.

                  I had initiated a return request and the pick up was done by express bees on Dec 22 nd 2022. It's been a month now and I haven't got my refund yet. When I connect with the customer care they always tell me that they will resolve the issue and initiate refund in 48hours. But it hasn't been done yet. Even after constant follow up no one has solved the issue from the customer care.

                    The return product was picked up by express bees from my place and when I connected with the shoppers sight customer care they keep on saying that they have to follow up with the express bees courier. Even after constant connect and other things I haven't got my refund yet and it's been a month since the product is picked up. Each time I connect with shoppers stop they tell me give me 48hours and we will resolve. But the issue hasn't been resolved yet and the refund is not initiated yet.

                      I ordered and received two not working watches on 24th Dec 2022. I immediately placed a return request. The watches were picked up 25th Dec.

                      I have been continuously following up with more than 10 calls and 12-13 emails with no help. I am receiving the same scripted replies to wait for 2-3 days. I finally held one of the calls for more than 40 minutes and got through to a senior.

                      I received a call from the Department Manager on 15th Jan assuring me that he will initiate the refund immediately. Still it is not done and my message to reach him remains unanswered.

                      Please help me get my refund.

                        Purchased a product through online (order id:[protected]after receiving that product i wanted to return and requested the return on same day they told it will get picked up within 48hrs its now been more than 7 days still not picked up. Visited the store for the same query upon which the customer service girl saying you have to buy another product of same amount which i didn't want. If calling to shoppers stop the call never gets connected. Pathetic service of shoppers stop.

                          On 19/12/2022 afternoon visited shopperstop, Gvk mall, banjara hills, Hyderabad. In mother care section 2sales girls- 1.Shanthi, 2.parvathi behaved very irresponsible and arrogant towards me and my friends. They were soo rude and misguided us and also waste rour 1hr time. Floor manager sahoo tried to resolve but they are not willing to aplologize to me. So i contacted branch head mr.ravi but he was in the meeting. I’m expressing my highly dissatisfaction towards there behaviour. They misleaded us without removing the old offers in the mothercare section. I questioned about this, there were soo rude and started getting into an arugement with us. I don’t know why shoppers stop is recruiting people below the standards. I think shopers stop management is smart enough to not to loose the loyal customers like me who shopped more than 20, 000 on the day 19/12/2022 alone, my registered number is [protected]. Kindly take strict action on them.

                            I ordered Ladies Kurtas/Shirts for Men vide Tax Invoice No. [protected] dated 17/12/2022 for Rs.4404/- at their Inorbit Mall, Malad West. I had paid all the payments through my Debit Card. During my shopping I requested to their seniors to give the carry bag with free of cost but they charge forcefully of Rs.7/-. I had purchased total 6 Quantity from their stores and their responsibility to provide carry bag at free of cost and i requested them that how to carry this 6 Nos. quantity without carry bag.
                            Their seniors and counter staff are not ready to listen and they give the carry bag for cost of Rs.7/-. Please look in to this matter and kindly refund of my Rs.7/- as earliest as possible. I am ready for legal action against Shopper Stop.

                              I purchased one sunglasses from shopper stop online on 24th September, 2022 and get the box on 27th September, 2022, As the item is smaller in size so raised a return request i next 5 mins after receiving the item.
                              And the Item was picked up on 30 September and got the mail that the item picked and after quality check my amount was refunded back.
                              Now they are saying from past 2 months that they received the empty box, but when the item was picked up courier person checked everything and the item was there in box in front of me .
                              Its almost 2 months now they keep on saying they received empty box as its not my fault if they received empty box or the item was misplaced in between.

                                  The service/sales staff at mantri square mall handling the “bandeya” division has been behaving derogatory and talking down to customers on a regular basis. This is the third time when she has behaved rude and disrespectful towards customers wishes and enquiries. Treating people like she is doing them a favour by even talking to them.

                                      This is not the product which i refunded.
                                      I received the product.but I return this because i did not like the product .
                                      I thought money will be returned by you as other websites.
                                      But next month i knew you haven’t processed the request and my money is not refunded yet..
                                      Then i called to your call center and asked them to refund.they told me it was failed in quality check..i was like ok no issue then refund my product or refund me money.you need to do atleast one thing..order was placed on 24 june and was returned on aprrox 25 or 26 june as the same as I received
                                      But you delayed
                                      You can check how many time i have called to your call center for my product
                                      Aprrox 8-10 times for this order refund..but your person never responded..
                                      Today after 3 month a single call from your side on 14-10-22 I received..
                                      Today you said product is not what is you sent to me.
                                      So its your fault
                                      Customer is not liable for the loss done by you
                                      I have given the same product what I received
                                      How dare you to blame me that I changed the product.
                                      You pick up agent must be check the product.
                                      What he is supposed to pickup or what is customer giving.
                                      It’s completely your fault..I can’t blame anyone who changed it and gave to you..
                                      It can be pick up person or warehouse person or lorry person or someone else..but customer is not liable for the mistake done by you and your person.
                                      You are doing fraud to me as i can see you are saving some person who has changed the product.
                                      So if you give my refund it will be good for both o[censored]s
                                      If you can not please revert me back
                                      I need to take some legel action against the fraud happend to me.(i gave right product and someone changed and deliver you wrong product).
