[Resolved] Shoppersstop.com — Rs 1080/- deducted from bank but order not processed | |
I tried to place an order of kashish womens embroidered churidar suit from shoppersstop website. I paid rs 1080/- for the same. The amount (Rs.1080/-) has been deducted from my account but the order is not processed. The transaction id is[protected]igocfwaxf6 dated[protected] between 12:00-12:30 pm, paid through net banking (State bank of india). I sent repeated emails and contacted costumer care telephonically but till now no response have been received from the company. I have even mailed the account statement to the company but all in vain. Refund my money to my bank account. I don't want your product or anything just refund my money. Email: dr.
