I booked a mobile redmi note 7 pro nebula red on 06/05/19 payment through phone pe amount 16499/- till now i m not getting the product. So many times i call the customer care but no one attend the call. And send a mail also but no replay from their end. I was search the web site. They said all order are cancel and amount refund in your account but not amount refund please kindly solve this issue as soon as possible
