I booked a mobile redmi note 7 pro nebula red on 06/05/19 payment through phone pe amount 16499/- till now i m not getting the product. So many times i call the customer care but no one attend the call. And send a mail also but no replay from their end. I was search the web site. They said all order are cancel and amount refund in your account but not amount refund please kindly solve this issue as soon as possible...

Placed order in shoprishi.com. I ordered product redmi note 7 pro..in between i suspected that this online website is a fraudulent one. I even contacted the toll free number and request to cancel on same day 9.5.19. After 10.5.19 all of them escape from office.i made several attempt to reach them they even took the call and said for sure they will initiative to is due my refund at last they dint and even now i'm calling there is no response...

I placed order in shoprishi.com. I ordered product redmi note 7 pro..on 10may Saturday using phonepee scan the amount was deducted from my account but the product was not ordered and it was still showing to pay.
Today I retried but as attached in this complaint it appears as payment will be returned I paid 16999.
I am very disturbed I ordered for my dad Iam unable to tell him....

I had booked a mobile mipro 7 6gb ram 48 mpixel cam on 7/05/2019 for which i had paid rs 16499 by usinig phone pay app on that app the are giving me 10% cash back but yet i have not received the order
But my status still showing only conformed no response from seller

Hi i ordered redmi pro7 mobile phone from shoprishi.com and made adavance payment of rs 16500 on 1st may, 2019 but the product is not delivered yet and there is no way it can be traced as the customer care number provided on website is fake.

Company accepted the payment using upi account which belongs to someone named dipak.

I ordered a redmi note 7 pro mobile in shoprishi a online shopping site. I had paid an amount 13499 rupees for the mobile via phonepe. The amount is debited from my account but the order is not took place. Even i didn't get the confirmation message for the buying order.
