Shoprishi — product not delivered despite advance payment | |
Hi i ordered redmi pro7 mobile phone from shoprishi.com and made adavance payment of rs 16500 on 1st may, 2019 but the product is not delivered yet and there is no way it can be traced as the customer care number provided on website is fake. Company accepted the payment using upi account which belongs to someone named dipak. Also, i followed up for the delivery using online chat option of company and they assured for delivery but now that chat option has vanished from website. Website showed renuka as the name of the executive chatting from company side. It's a big fraud, pls let me know how to proceed further to get my money back. Thanks, Was this information helpful? | |

I have booked Redmi note pro 7 online from shoprishi on 7/5/2019 paying amount of 13, 599 .after booking I called the call center to know the confirmation of booking.there was no proper response.the next 2 days I kept on calling and the call center numbers were also not responding Some how I got the numbers [protected] and called. Some one picked up and said mobile cannot be given and will refund the money.I agreed to take back the refund.But the person said he will send sms to link UPI and was asking for sending the sms back and add the pin number to the last 4 digits of the account number and PIN total to be told over the phone.after giving the details he said too many attempts for the day happened. he will refund the amount next day.next day when I logged to check the balance in my account the entire balance amount was withdrawn from him showing zero balance.I was fooled again and lost 7200 /- I request if anyone can help me in getting my total amount.Shoprishi is a cheter online website don't trust.please beaware of contact numbers [protected]/[protected]

On may 8 i have bought note 7 pro through shoprishi and weeks later i hove found out that the site has been shut down. Still now I haven't got my order or my refund money. I have some informations the one where i send my money and the google pay id. kindly help me to get my money back and in finding out these people..

I have placed order of Redmi note 7 Pro mobile on shoprishi.com and paid the amount via paytm RS.16, 499. In few days they have closed the website and all the customer care number and email were not reachable. I have been cheated by them and it seems many of the people have been cheated by the same website.
Please make a stop this high level fraudulence and help to refund the respective amount.
