Online fraud

On dated 02.11.2019 about 09.00pm i have ordered for purchase of redmi note 8 mobile phone for rs. 9024/- from shopype.com. The order no. Was 6044. It assured me to deliver it within 08 days. The payment done through google pay (Upi) as company desired. Online. The company has shone order no. And receipt of money in its website. The detail o[censored]pi payment is as under:-

02-nov-19 to transfer-upi/dr/[protected]/shopypecom/icic/[protected]@/pay — transfer to[protected] rs. 9, 024.00

I have some doubt due to see the upi detail on google pay that the payment transfer to nitesh kumar singh. I call to customer care of sbi within 05 minutes of payment and tell them the doubts and request to reverse the payment but sbi informed that the amount cannot be return or hold from sbi because the payment has transfer through upi,. So sbi cannot help in this matter. I also write many mails to sbi but no positive response received till date.

I search on website and found that there is no contact number of email of google pay (Upi) is available so i had complaint on feedback of the google pay within hour (After discussion with sbi customer care) but no response or feedback receipt are received so after that i have complaint 03 times in different dated but no response received till date,

I have call to customer care of shopype on dated 03.11.2019 and they informed that nitesh kumar singh is the ceo of the company. They assured to deliver the ordered product within time. After 08 days the product is not delivered so i again called to customer care, after 100 times call they pick up the call and inform that the product will be reached upto 20.11.2019. I waited again but till date the product is not received.

On dated 20.11.2019 i found that the shopype.com website is closed and customer care number is also discontinue so i could not able to talk them.

I think that this is a complete online fraud case by shopype, com and it helps by state bank of india and google pay (Upi).
