Hello sir/madam,
I appreciate your services for more than 34 years in courier services but some how i am not satisfied with your end delivery services of any products/documents basis on my real experience. You products are available to the end delivery station and also shown delivered date as per your online tracking system but when we contact to end delivery station they said to me that if you want your parcel then come in office and take it otherwise we will delivery your products after one or two days.
So my question is why i pay such costly money one for the purpose of your past good reputation.
If you have take more than enough time to delivered our parcels from end delivery station to receiver place then what is the use of your online tracking system ultimate as the receiver of parcel i am satisfied when i get that product.
I hope so you are improve your end delivery services otherwise definitely i never use your services and also not recommend to other to use your services.
I write this email with the expectations of positive improvement of your services.
